help me
im having troubl trying to get my "V" shape and my abs to show. and it’s kinda hard for me to do things i can do in the states because im over here in Afghanistan and we are limited to what we can do gym wise. i been doing lat pulldowns, crunches, and sit ups like crazy and im not seeing any results. do anyone have any other suggestions for me?

Pull-ups(lots of them, !!) and bent over rows. That’s the answer I got for the same questions
