Chest workout

I had an awesome Chest workout today! This was my 2nd week back and I still kept it average - but increased the weight more than last week. Next week I have to go to scout camp so I figure I will take my bowflex db’s which has the adjusting from 10-90lbs and just do some maintenance excercises during the week.
I ran for 2 miles this morning and kept my heart rate at 138 (80% of MHR) or under. If it got up to 140 or more I would then walk until it went down to 130 then back to running. It wasn’t too bad and I was able to keep a 10:30 pace - not my glory days, but hey, I’m at 242lbs right now!

Coming Back

I am getting ready to come back here - I am trimming way down now as I really want to be cut vs the bulky. So this will be a new adventure for me and I am looking forward to it.
