workin’ the workout…

I am sooo stoked!  So,to catch up on things a little bit.  Stopped going to the gym for a few months because of a huge change in our family.  Quit one gym and joined another one that is a little farther away from where we live now(we moved).  Decided to go to this new gym that is farther away because it will benefit us better (now have a pool and many many other amenities that we love).   

So my husband has been extremely committed to getting to the gym and we have been working out together.  Normally we fight and argue when we workout together,  but some how we have worked through all that and it has been wonderful!  We have stuck to a program for a whole month now and have seen tremendous results.  I started out at 25% BF and have dropped to 23.1%.  That is just in a little less then 4 weeks!  Right now we are doing a strength and muscle building regimen so we have done basically nothing but weights.  We have only done cardio 4 times in the past 4 weeks.  My husband has went from 30% to 25%.  Our weight has remained pretty much the same, but I know when we start to do cardio this month it will go down. 

I can not wait until the end of next month to see how we have done!  I used to want to get back down to 20% but now I am so confident that I will pass that goal right up so now my goal is at 17%.   :)
