Ok, I’m ending my third week at the gym and I’m seeing some results, not as fast as I would like, but I know it takes time.  This weekend I’ll be out of town and this will be a real test for me.  I’m going to pack some tuna and chicken because, if not, I’ll probably grab anything on the go, especially with my kids.  Hopefully, I won’t put any weight on, since I’m having a hard enough time getting these last 10 pounds off.  Well, hopefully I don’t fall too far off the wagon.  I already can’t wait to get back home.  Good luck to everyone and have a great weekend !!!!!!!

Well, it’s been a week and a half back in the gym and I feel great.  I feel so good after I leave the gym, I’m always in a good mood and I have so much energy, I love it.  I’m starting to notice a difference already (Thank GOD for muscle memory) and my strength is starting to comeback.  At first, I felt like I couldn’t lift any weight and now that I’m in my second week and doing body parts for a second time, I’m lifting alot more.  I would like to thank everyone that is supporting me and giving me the confidence to do this.  Thank you, Thank you, Thank you !!!!!!!

Alright, well this is it.  I fell off the wagon for a few days (sinus infection), but I’m back on tomorrow.  This is my first blog entry and I will be putting pictures on later of my fat before body.  I’m really not happy with putting my before pictures on here because I’ve never let myself get this bad before.  I starting working out religiously about 10 years ago 5 times a week and then I became pregnant with my third child 4 years ago and it was a rough pregnancy, the other two were a breeze.  I loved being pregnant then and always said I had it lucky and my third one would kill me.  The first month into my pregnancy I started having horrible panic attacks and didn’t know what they were at the time or how to treat them.  Then, a few months in, the depression started and the panic attacks were every day all day, so needless to say, working out wasn’t happening, I could barely leave the house.  After having the baby, I started to get the panic attacks a little under control and seen a doctor for the depression.  At the time, she had given me some antidepressants, but I wanted to try and beat this by myself, so I started back at the gym a couple of times a week, but I had let the depression and panic attacks go for too long and the gym really didn’t help and it made me more depressed, so I started the antidepressants.  Well, it’s been two and half years on my antidepressants and actually I would like to come off of them  and get my life back.  So, here I am today,  I’ve taken the last two weeks increasing my water intake and eating more fruits and veggies and I’m ready for this and excited to get back in shape and feel good about myself.  Thank you Bodybuilding.com for this opportunity.
