Almost back to normal..

I am really getting back in to my schedule of working out and everyting else.. Lately a lot of people at the gym have been giving me compliment on my body and alot people say that i work out harder than ome man .. And i find that a huge compliment ..  lol… I can see my progress in my abs , like i can see my veins in my lower stomach ..  oh yea .. :) Loving it.. lol  :)   Hope everyone is doing good and having  a happy holiday..:)

For the last few weeks now , my schedule was all messed up with family drama BIG time..  There were tears , yelling , scared and some cops ..  I was just stuck in the middle and had to deal with it and help people out as much as i could ,, But i think i can see the end of it now .. Hopefully.. I was able to go to the gym but its just not the same when you have all this stress on your shoulders . So this week i am starting strong again . And to top it off , its my b-day week!!!   Hope everyone else is doing good , sorry if i havent had time to write anyone back …  :(  

Why the same…??

Lately at work i have notice that people see me as the workout , food , health people to ask question . I dont mind at long answering questions or helping people to reach their goals . But that doesnt mean to eat what i eat , drink what i drink or do the exact same thing that i do . Eat the same amount of this or do the same work out as i do .  People are different and you need to find your own food plan that fits your body and the right amount.. I dont know , but it kinda weird when i go to work and everyone has a gallon of water and trying to eat 6 whites or a protein pancake like i have been doing for some weeks now .. Alittle weird .. Am i wrong or is this just a little off..?? :)

Today i met a guy that is a trainer and he told me that i could be in a comp by feb.. WOW!!! He said that i have a great body already and that i am young and that i have a pretty face.. But damn , i didnt think it would be that soon.. Thats Crazy fast.. He also said that my body structure is really good and i already have muscle and veins pumping out , so thats great .. It made me feel great about myself ..  lol haha  Than he was saying things about photos getting done and being in magazines and that he knows alot of people.. Everything was just coming at me so fast ..I keep telling myself to break out of my shell and just do it ..Hummmm…

So Good..Yum Yum..:)

Everyday i eat the right amount of food and the healthy foods.. I love watching the food channels and seeing people cook…WOW .. Food looks so good on tv .. I loved food before i started this whole goal thing of mine.. I would eat whatever , whenever and whatever amount i wanted too.. I would have hot wing contests to see who can eat the most.. They were so good… lol  ..  Go to Jack in The Box at 2am .. Just living life and getting fat at the same time ..  I wont go to any fast food places now but i just miss being able to eat and not worry about whats in it or will i be angry at myself for it .. No matter what , that will anyways be there now .. I guess thats what happens when you  set such a high goal and you have to be strict on yourself to reach it ..Maybe i should stop watching the food channels ..lol .. hahaha Just one of those days i guess ..

Ever since i got really into the gym and eating right , my life is on a strict schedule and i hate it when i fall off track with it . But its so hard to find room for going out with friends and missing my work out or going out to eat and not eating your planned meal .. When my friends ask to go out and i tell them ,"well i was planning on going to the gym" It seems like they get mad and sometimes makes fun of me . But they just dont understand what i want to get out of the whole gym and eating right thing. I have goals that i really want to meet and reach one day . I think i am just at that stage of dedication and strength to not give up on myself . One of these days they will ask for tips and advise how to get in shape and understand why i was so dedicated .

Lately at the gym , i see alot of girls working out but not the right way or they are using the machine wrong.. I want to help them but i am scared that they will take in the wrong way .. I was where they were at one point and probably looked really stupid and had no clue what to do and i wished someone would have helped me out than but i just figured it out on my own.. So should i help them or just leave it alone???

Today was just not a good day for me.. One thing went wrong and than there was one thing after another.. I tried to have a good attitude but it was just getting worse over time .. I hate days like this , i couldnt even get my angry out at the gym it was that bad..My head was somewhere different and i couldnt focus on my workout  … I hope tomorrow is so much better ..

Today i went shopping and i buy all my food i need for the week all at once. So today i bought 6 family packs of chicken( 5lbs each so about 30lbs) , People were looking at me funny and probably wondering if i eat all that myself because i went alone to the store.. lol haha .. You can tell they wanted to say something but didnt want to be rude … And if someone did say something , i probably would have messed with them and joked around with them and see what they would have done..lol..I guess 30lbs of chicken is alot.. But i need my protein,…:) When i got home from the store , i found one of my dogs covered in egg yolk.. He got in the trash and decided to eat and roll all in the raw egg yolks… It was so  hard to get it out of his fur ..lol he is so goofy sometimes..lol  hahaha but i love him..His my baby boy..:)

What to look for??

In my last blog , i was saying that i was wanting to maybe start to comp. Now i need to find a trainer soon or close to a competition date. What would i have to look for in a trainer?? And would anyone have anyone in mind in the Las Vegas area..? Alot of people say they are trainers but i would want one that can push me and really get me ready for the big day …I dont want to pay x amount of money and have the trainer just write down what to do and eat.. I need someone to push me and really be there for me in this new adverture i am going to go though..
