I am eating 6 meals per day and most of them are lean meats such as steak and chicken. I still eat a processed meal a couple times a week but that is out of lazyness and get much needed calories.

I am taking NO Shotgun pre-workout and loving it.

I had a great workout yesterday. My body is sore all over. I was stoked to hang out and relax. I came home and ate two chicken breasts and I was feeling good about my diet, my workout, my motivation and my life. Then my friend came into town and we went out and partied (Got hammered). Then I ate some cheese its, BBQ and one slice of pizza. It completely goes contradictory to my goals. It pisses me off that my self control and will power isn’t where it needs to be. I am going to be strong mentally, physically, and emotionally. YOU must be strong, strong, strong, strong. Do what you is best for you and your goals… I’m soo pissed and I know tonight is going to be a struggle too because I know he is going to want to go out again…. ****>> WHAT TO DO

Do you ever go to the gym and get in the zone for half the time and then the other half the time you have trouble focusing on why your there and what your goals are? Well that was me today. I was pumped up and doing great the first half of my workout and the second half i lost focus and started watching other people work out and listening to other people’s random conversations. I still worked out for an hour but at the end of the work out I ended up being pissed off because I didn’t focus as hard as I should have. You can’t worry about other people, you have to focus on yourself and your goals!! THATS IT. I did a lot better diet wise. I had two protein drinks through out the day. I went to the store and got 6 Lbs of chicken breast and had some for dinner with some honey BBQ sauce and some cashews. Tommorrow I will focus on staying focus and getting better motivated to workout harder. What are some ways you get focused to workout and what are some ways you maintain focus in your workout?

Until tommorrow

I am excited about today and ready to get into the gym and get my workout done. I hate sitting down and being un-active all day at work. The idea of steriods is constantly crossing my mind. I know there are a lot that can help me with my goals and help me get lean but for now I am going to try it the natural way. I am going use hard work and dedication to get the results that I want. I will not let anything stop me. It is noon and I won’t be able to lift till 5:00 PM. I am soo anxious and ready to go!!! I can’t wait to go to the grocery store and get some chicken to cook for dinner and actually for once eat healthy and get lean with a proper diet.

Today I am pissed off because I finally stepped back took some pictures and analyzed where I am at. I am very disappointed with how far I have slipped and what my body has become, but there is no time like the present and today I start a new. I am going to try to find a proper diet and find out what proper foods I should eat. I have been eating bad for the past 3-4 years and it has hindered my goals. I am going to get leaner and more defined. I am going to have all of my muscles defined and lean. There is no time like the present.
