					<description>Everyone &amp;amp;#34;messes up&amp;amp;#34; every once in a while. It's not going to hurt you in the long run as long as you stick with your normal routine. And hey, BBQ isn't all that bad for you.

Be happy you got in a great workout and you're feeling the results from it. Take note of the dietary issue (trust me, I have them too), and move on. No point in getting all upset about it.

					<description>Honey you are not in the boat by yourself. Having complete control of your body and mind is damn hard especially when you have so many temptations. Don't beat yourself up...we all **** up once in a while. You know you're gonna be faced w/ it again tonight. So here's what you do....Self control is learned. You're not going to have it over night, so take baby steps. Tonight, cut the cheese and the BBQ, and set a number of drinks...LESS than what you had the night before. You still get to have fun, but you're using some self control. Course I know how it is once you get hammered LOL, you lose count! The point is if you do a liitle better tonight and then a little better the next time and so forth, you will eventually get to where you want to be. Try to get a workout in today, and then work extra hard the next week, drink TONS of water, cause you will be dehydrated. If you haven't done this before, you should know you're probably gonna feel like **** over the next week, and be weaker. I know this from experience! Good luck with your goals. Candice</description>
