Cardio Increase and Nutrition
Thursday, February 5th, 2009I have increased my cardio to 45 minutes atleast 3-4 times per week starting last week. I feel as if I am leaning out. I am increasing this cardio to cut up and get more of my abs to show.
I am eating 6 meals per day and most of them are lean meats such as steak and chicken. I still eat a processed meal a couple times a week but that is out of lazyness and get much needed calories.
I am taking NO Shotgun pre-workout and loving it.
