Feeling Better
Do you ever go to the gym and get in the zone for half the time and then the other half the time you have trouble focusing on why your there and what your goals are? Well that was me today. I was pumped up and doing great the first half of my workout and the second half i lost focus and started watching other people work out and listening to other people’s random conversations. I still worked out for an hour but at the end of the work out I ended up being pissed off because I didn’t focus as hard as I should have. You can’t worry about other people, you have to focus on yourself and your goals!! THATS IT. I did a lot better diet wise. I had two protein drinks through out the day. I went to the store and got 6 Lbs of chicken breast and had some for dinner with some honey BBQ sauce and some cashews. Tommorrow I will focus on staying focus and getting better motivated to workout harder. What are some ways you get focused to workout and what are some ways you maintain focus in your workout?
