DAMN IT
Saturday, October 27th, 2007I had a great workout yesterday. My body is sore all over. I was stoked to hang out and relax. I came home and ate two chicken breasts and I was feeling good about my diet, my workout, my motivation and my life. Then my friend came into town and we went out and partied (Got hammered). Then I ate some cheese its, BBQ and one slice of pizza. It completely goes contradictory to my goals. It pisses me off that my self control and will power isn’t where it needs to be. I am going to be strong mentally, physically, and emotionally. YOU must be strong, strong, strong, strong. Do what you is best for you and your goals… I’m soo pissed and I know tonight is going to be a struggle too because I know he is going to want to go out again…. ****>> WHAT TO DO
