Bev density day day 13
after taking the weekend off and going pretty low carb( grapefruits, turkey spinach carbing up every 21 meals,)
i feel as though i am getting pretty week. now i am noticing more mental clearness i can stay more focused with my answers to cllients and keep a hectic schedule going better. i am upping the dosage to 15 a day and my training to 3 on 1 off. feeling good, feeling good. did chest shoulders and tris last night ans still put up 100 lb DB on the incline press.for 4 sets 6-10
