ok so it was back day and lats felt full as can be. always had had a problem with terest major and infraspinatus beingvery tight and could nt get right elbow to swing in front as much as I wanted for lat spread.
did 10×3 pullups with 40 lb db held between my feet.
10×3 underhand grip bent over rows with 205 lbs
10×3 high row to chest
3×10-12 pullovers after. 3×10 reverse fly for rear delts/ low traps.
the next day when i am normally incredibly tight and sore……..
i love this stuff.
highly recommended
i was NOT. literally felt like doing the workout again. and that was the heaviest i had lifted in a year
