Beverly Density Day 6 HOLY s%^!!!
well i could not be more surprised. i took yesterday off and continued to take ten density tablets. my shoulder hurt incredibly. so i spent an hour doing accupressure with a racquet ball in rotator cuff myscles and tricep. was getting worried. (thats why i took off the day. ) spent day going to girlfriends parents house. had a little dinner of wonderful prime rib and salad. spent the night studying and in the morning (Today) went to gym to work out pushing excercises.
shoulder felt good to start. before workout (30 min) took 1 scoop muscle provider and 5 density tabs
started 10 sets of 3 very Wide Grip elbows out flat bench. last week before Density i completed 230 each time. this week it felt slightly easy so i went up
heres what it looked like
230 235 235 240 245 250 250 250 255 255(only got 2on set 10 )unbelievable increase in a week!
then did 3 sets of 8-12 on incline neutral grip db press with 65lbs. ( looking for larger shoulders)
then shoulder press db 10 sets of 3 stayed with 75 for several sets thn had to move down to 70,65,60 to get my sets of three with 45-60 secs of rest. then 3 sets of machine lateral raises.
ended with 10 min hiit jumprope
sucked down 1 scoop Muscle provider and bcaas, drove home and took 5 density.
i cant believe how great i feel!!!!!!
looked good lifting energy high and felt every contraction!!!!
this is how training should be. gym owner commented on my intensity and said" so thats how you change. you are FORCING your body to grow!"
