ok yesterday i trained legs. Started with 5 sets of leg extensions for what Icould muster for 8-10 reps
then leg curls 5 sets for 8-10 reps with internal rotation of leg to hit inner hamstrings( normally i would do romanian deadlifts but do not want glutes any larger)
then heavy straight leg calf raises for gastroc.
then 4 setsof 15 reps of my version of sissy squats. (secret) these make my legs feel the same way squatting 315 for about 8. squats seem to make my hip area larger so Im taking a while off them. progress pic from 12 28 is from after this workout. notice the swollen undefined legs.
then 10 min HIIT on elliptical
energy level great,
pump amazing
focus just swell.really not as hungry and slept great last night in conjunction with zma
so far so good.
