OK i know its been a week since I ve added anything here, but my training business has kept me more busy which in turn has kept me more tired!! fear not for I am training even more intensely. Getting leaner and actually gaining a few pounds, due to incorporation of beverlys Muscle synergy again. density seems to be working wonderfully, i am staying in a positive mood daily. moved to 3 on 1 off workouts. pics will be up soon as I get a reliable cameraman/woman!
oh yeah and my goal is too look very good by the time the arnold comes arounfd to do Beverly international proud at their booth.

after taking the weekend off and going pretty low carb( grapefruits, turkey spinach carbing up every 21 meals,)
i feel as though i am getting pretty week. now i am noticing more mental clearness i can stay more focused with my answers to cllients and keep a hectic schedule going better. i am upping the dosage to 15 a day and my training to 3 on 1 off. feeling good, feeling good. did chest shoulders and tris last night ans still put up 100 lb DB on the incline press.for 4 sets 6-10

ok so it was back day and lats felt full as can be. always had had a problem with terest major and infraspinatus beingvery tight and could nt get right elbow to swing in front as much as I wanted for lat spread.
did 10×3 pullups with 40 lb db held between my feet.
10×3 underhand grip bent over rows with 205 lbs
10×3 high row to chest
3×10-12 pullovers after. 3×10 reverse fly for rear delts/ low traps.
the next day when i am normally incredibly tight and sore……..
i love this stuff.
highly recommended
i was NOT. literally felt like doing the workout again. and that was the heaviest i had lifted in a year

well i could not be more surprised. i took yesterday off and continued to take ten density tablets. my shoulder hurt incredibly. so i spent an hour doing accupressure with a racquet ball in rotator cuff myscles and tricep. was getting worried. (thats why i took off the day. ) spent day going to girlfriends parents house. had a little dinner of wonderful prime rib and salad. spent the night studying and in the morning (Today) went to gym to work out pushing excercises.
shoulder felt good to start. before workout (30 min) took 1 scoop muscle provider and 5 density tabs
started 10 sets of 3 very Wide Grip elbows out flat bench. last week before Density i completed 230 each time. this week it felt slightly easy so i went up
heres what it looked like
230 235 235 240 245 250 250 250 255 255(only got 2on set 10 )unbelievable increase in a week!
then did 3 sets of 8-12 on incline neutral grip db press with 65lbs. ( looking for larger shoulders)
then shoulder press db 10 sets of 3 stayed with 75 for several sets thn had to move down to 70,65,60 to get my sets of three with 45-60 secs of rest. then 3 sets of machine lateral raises.
ended with 10 min hiit jumprope
sucked down 1 scoop Muscle provider and bcaas, drove home and took 5 density.
i cant believe how great i feel!!!!!!
looked good lifting energy high and felt every contraction!!!!
this is how training should be. gym owner commented on my intensity and said" so thats how you change. you are FORCING your body to grow!"

only on 4th day of density, and i am only taking 10 tablets a day, 5 in am when I wake up and 5 5-ten minutes before my workout is over and i have noticed very positive results. the first i noticed was the terrrible bad mood it took away the first and second day, the third day i noticed what was usually killing me(lats) the day after training was not , but today i noticed the most interesting part. Strength gain on a diet. last monday(not taking density) i did preacher curls with 100 lb camber bar(10×3 with 45 sec rest period)barely got those last sets.
next week (today)after losing 2 pounds i tried 110 and surprisingly got it for 10 sets of 3 !!only the last set was tough. seems to be working for me. when it doesnt, ill step up the dosage.

ok yesterday i trained legs. Started with 5 sets of leg extensions for what Icould muster for 8-10 reps
then leg curls 5 sets for 8-10 reps with internal rotation of leg to hit inner hamstrings( normally i would do romanian deadlifts but do not want glutes any larger)
then heavy straight leg calf raises for gastroc.
then 4 setsof 15 reps of my version of sissy squats. (secret) these make my legs feel the same way squatting 315 for about 8. squats seem to make my hip area larger so Im taking a while off them. progress pic from 12 28 is from after this workout. notice the swollen undefined legs.
then 10 min HIIT on elliptical
energy level great,
pump amazing
focus just swell.really not as hungry and slept great last night in conjunction with zma
so far so good.
