Sorry its been so long. But i finally got to NOLA and i have to admit a hurricane on day 3 was not a great thing to have happen.

So i’m having my tonsils removed next week. Not fun from what i hear. I guess i’m going to finally loose this stubborn belly fat i been working for. BUT, i bet i loose alot of muscle tone two. Its going to be like 3 weeks they said before i could do anything. Thats rediculous.
Anyways my schedule got a little crazy last few days, i haven’t been able to get into the gym, some kinda eruption in the toilets got everything covered in POO oh well, glad i’m leaving and headed for NOLA.

Ok so here is the deal. I joined the Coast Guard woohoo and i loved it. I went to a ship, joined a law enforcement team, made some drug bust and stopped migrants and poaching, became a rescue swimmer and did some good things. YEA Coast Guard get some hoo-ra.
Then i got great news time to move to Hawaii. I thought great i get some down time, to relax go home to my family everyday, and play on the beach.
Well i got it I sit at a desk all day with practically nothing to do. I waste most days reading articles online.
I need to just get out, and get that job at a gym, and put this personal trainer certification to work.
Anyone in NOLA hiring a trainer, at a gym.

OH MY GOD i just got an IPOD. Well a shuffle cause i’m poorer than dirt, but my workout yesterday was incredible. No more radio battle in the gym, or talk radio. I had such a good workout, i was able to stay in a good groove with workout jams the whole time. I did a max on the bench and then finished chest, triceps, and forearms.

So last night bout 9:00 my wife takes out a delicious Cheese cake. I wanted a piece so bad and it looked so good. But i resisted. I just sat there and watcher her eat the whole delicious slice. Ohh well i know its not a very exciting BLOG i got going on here but it keeps me writing. Maybe they will get better.

OK So it was memroial day weekend. I grilled up some chicken breast and ate a delicious sandwich had some watermelon. I did so good all weekend. DID some beach frisbee, and soccer. AND then I Blew it. I ate like 3 smores. you remember those roasted marchmallows, with chocolate smashed between graham crackers. Yea they were delicious. Anyways here i am Tuesday morning ready to start a new week. Going to hit it really hard again, no more cheats for at least 2 weeks.

Well Last night was the first time my wife ever noticed my abs. Hmmm
She told me i needed to put a shirt on so she could go back to playing with her IPOD.
i just shook my head and went back to doing my WII Boxing.

I started taking my supplements:
Ultimate Orange and Lipo 6. I’ll keep you up to date in 4 weeks how there working for me.
And i gave up Cheese all together, damn i really miss that stuff.

Well i beat out temptation yesterday. I had to go to MC Donalds to get a chicken nugget happy meal one a delicious southwestern style chicken sandwich for my wife. I opted on getting nothing and eating a chicken and garlic link on the grill instead. It was good and healthy.
