Been while
Well it’s been awhile since my last post but I thought I’d write to see where I am in my life and training. Right now, I can’t get enough of the gym….I love it. Now only if I can keep focus on DIET DIET DIET. No slipping. That is what is most important to my results and I have to keep telling myself that. Yesterday it I finally had a perfect day of dieting and it barley felt like I ate anything and yet it was a little over 2000 calories. I need to keep this dieting habit or I’m never going to break through the 250 lbs barrier which I’ve been at since freaking HIGH SCHOOL! Sad.
Anyways, I spent toooooo much money on supplements lately but hopefully they are helping me out. I’m missing the compliments on how I look and I need to step it up. I’m going to enter in the Hydroxycut Hardbody challenge…..it’s probably about impossible to win…but can’t hurt and it will give me the extra motivation to get this damn beer belly off once and for all. I weighed in at 251 lbs monday….I’m going to work my ass off into the 240s by this weekend….no excuses this time!!!
