I had alot of help from Mikiko on this site and she gave me a few post-comp tips. She said that the 30 days post competition are are prime time for muscle building and to slowly integrate your foods and supplements. I did that and I still sit at around 5 pounds over my comp weight and didn't have any swelling or other adverse reactions.
