MuscleTech Update
I entered the contest the beginning of April. I used Hydroxycut for fat loss and Creatine 6000 for strength, endurance and increased muscle mass. I have made substantial progress and will treat the end as if I am preparing for a bb competition. Therefore, this week I will begin experimenting with carb depletion. I plan to reduce my carb intake by 10% and increase protein by 5%. Carbs will be fibrous veggies. Protein will come from tuna, tilapia & almonds. Today I had a broccoli & mushroom egg whites omlette–it was pretty good. No more yogurt for me:(. I bought some grapefruit for a.m. consumption, but will keep fruit intake low this week.
I also want to begin drinking 2 gallons of water daily. I tried yesterday but was only able to down about 1.5 gallons.
Training will be the same–two days weight training & 5 days cardio. May add a.m. & p.m. sessions, but my children are out of school early this week so it may not happen.

Take your children with you for some outdoors cardio! I walked to Walmart from my apartment last night instead of going to the gym.
Yes, the Walmart Workout! Fifteen minutes to Walmart at a fast pace followed by 10 minutes inside Walmart at a slow pace for 25 minutes total (yes, I’m a math wizard). THEN 10 minute cool down in the magazine aisle followed by a 20 minute slower-paced walk home.
Take the kids!
