The Desire to Get in the Zone
I am beginning to understand that this fitness thing is a lifelong process not a new jaunt. There aren’t any short cuts, maintenence is obsolete, and goal setting is ongoing. This is my new mantra.I’ve reached a plateau with the weight loss-what a bummer. Nevertheless, I’m going to try ”jump start”/ caloric cycling. YAY, I get to eat more, but not the fatty stuff I used to love. We’ll see what happens.My cholesterol is still borderline, but I believe it will be within normal limits in 4 to 6 months.
I’ll post some progress pictures this weekend–it’s what keeps me going–documenting the fat loss….
BTW: I did a full hour of legs yesterday–they were still numb when I did my cardio this morning>lol
