So today,
Well im going to have to say that i am very enthused to hear that ive gained two more clients at Victory Fitness thanks to my good friend Dan, he is really pushing clients on to me, and i am very thankful for that! Thanks Dan! On a further note, training clients today was more than well, everyone seemed to have in depth positive energy and the world is going to end according to Fox News, thank you for all the wonderful swine flu stories as i am greatful i swore off eating any kind of pork long ago. had a great volume training day, emphasized on repetition control and mind and muscle connection. The workout is posted for everyone to view and just on a side note i did 45 min of cardio as well as 10 ab movements along with my chest workout!

Well you really cant post cardio in the workout tracker so here is what i did tonight. I know a lot of you are thinking well that isnt exactly fat burning cardio, but thats ok! The reason why i do this interval training is to improve my oxygen levels for more longer lasting oxidative cardio to where i can sustain my energy at a more intense better rate without raising my heart level over 145! So here is tonights:
3 1/2 mile treadmill run in 30 min
10 min intense jump roping intertwined with abs!

So today was a horrible day as far as cancellations on clientele goes, but as far as the workout was concerned, unbelievable! I did a little less on the weight today and stressed more in repetitions and volume to give my joints and tendons their proper recuperation period, but i am looking foward to how much stronger i am going to be next week especially now that my mind is in the game 200%! A big thanks goes out to Tswills, Mr T! I appreciate all of your support man and my team Project Weapon X, may we continue to reign terror and Juggernaut90 thanks for the candy bar!

So im writing this blog in ode to All That Remains, i want to give you my greatest apologies i thought that you sold out like everyone else especially with the song Two Weeks. Something told me that i should give the album a shot anyways, so i did and i came to find that Two Weeks is truly the only commercial song that they did. I had one of the hardest leg workouts listening to this album! So from here on out i am going to post my blogs as more along the lines of thoughts and recognitions, but if everyone wants to view my workouts they are on my workout trackers, that way if i am slacking i dont have a problem with any of you telling me so. So All That Remains i have dedicated every video that ive made to your songs!

So i know that ive been slacking on my posts, ive tried to fill out the workout tracker but unfortunately it takes too long for me to do so. Now that im sitting here in my exiled corner of the gym, ive finally found the time to write this blog. Fairly excited tonight because i have an interview at a promising weekend job, the only downfall to this is less time with my family, but unfortunately money is what makes the world go around and i want to crawl myself out of this debt that im in. Its funny how numbers can make a mind whirl with overwhelming thoughts of insanity, when you really stop to think about it, its not so bad. So anyways that is going to make job number 4 and just to let everyone know, bodybuilding isnt the cheapest of passions, but im going to kill myself to make this happen. So here is supertraining day 3 i hope you enjoy:

Hello,
It is truly amazing to me sometimes how such small towns can look at you in such horror and suprise for the simple reasons of non conformity. I dont wish to go home and stare at my television set, nor set a date for a TV show and follow the simple rules in life of an American society. We all know that we are much different than the norm on this site, we all strive further to become the best that we can be. For some reason though, the small towns are the one that will look at you like an outcast, someone who needs to be burned at the stake because for some ungodly reason you are just not normal. One of these days i really do believe that i have to get away from this place, although i have so many fond memories of growing up here and i have met the most unbelievable people, my time is coming up. It is time for the young bird to fly from the nest and galivant amongst the skies to find his true place! Haha

Hello Everyone,
Today was a sort of blur, i didnt really recognize any specific points of topic today because i was too consumed by the very fact that Chimaira came out with their best album yet today "The Infection." Feeling it ferocity we had no choice but to destroy our shoulders in recognition and celebration to this album. The workout goes as follows:
Giant Set 1: Jerk Presses 250 x 8/ One Arm Lateral Raise 70 x 10/ Partial Laterals 25 x 15
Giant Set 2: Upright Rows 120 x 12/ Bi Lateral Dumbell Raises 60 x 10/ Dumbell Shrugs 150 x 10 + 5
Giant Set 3: Arnold Dumbell Presses 60 x 12/ Alternate Front Raises 45 x 15
Overall time: 1 hour
Note: The jerk presses caused a tremendous amount of pressure on my rotator cuff, or sits muscles so for the next time im going to lighten the weight just a little! Everyone have a great day, stay positive, or stay negative, whatever gives you more push!

Well it was an interesting day to say at least. I had an interesting conversation with my client whom claims her boyfriend is a good guy, yet he tells her how horrible she is and how obscenely ugly she is as well. My only reaction was silence to say the least because who am i to say what is best for her, but i know certainly that is not it at all. Her words stuck in my mind for the rest of the day and all i could think about is how i would of liked to have a nice chat with her significant other about respect for one another no matter the cause, you never say things like that, so needless to say i had good fuel for the fire!
Here is the workout as follows
Giant Set 1: 4 sets of 8×12/Pull Ups Bdy x 12/ One Arm Dumbell Rows 150 x 8/ Barbell Shrugs 470 x 10/ Incline Lateral Raise 35x 12
Giant Set 2; V grip Lat Pulldowns 200 x 12/ Close Grip Cable Pulldowns (Straight Arm) 160 x 15/ Reverse Machine Flyes: 70 x 12/ Machine Row 200 x15
Giant Set 3: Close Grip Bench 225 x 12/ Tricep Dips Bdy x 12/ hanging Knee Raises Bdy x 15/ Planks Bdy x 30 sec
Giant Set 4: Incline Skull Crushers 35 each x 15/ Overhead Dumbell Extensions 30 x 15/ jump rope x 100/ Hyperextensions Bdy x 15
Ab Burnout: Scissors, Leg Raises, Crunches, V Ups, Side To Side, Bicycles for 5 min without feet touching the floor. Total time completed: 1 hour 10 min
