Keeping everyone updated on progress and I now am around the range of 209, strength is still solid, however, endurance is beginning to dwindle. Almost had a low glycemic episode the other day due to a high stress situation with customers, but regardless feeling better and more focused now!

So this is week two into my preperation for my competition and Im going to have to say that the cutting process is induced much faster now, Im currently fluxuating between 211-212, my size 30 jeans are hanging now, but strangely I havent lost any inches anywhere else. Im very happy about that and all though my workout was a series of giant sets yesterday with a minor injury, I found that my strength was incredible once again. I will keep everyone posted on progress and thoughts, I do feel however, more and more tired everyday, but that is the normality!

Ive had several people inquire about proper form and technique on manipulating chest fibers. What I have found to work best for me is to start your routine by actually pre exhaustion. Start with an exercise such as machine flyes and or dumbell flyes. While executing this excercise try and think that you want to set your shoulders back, chest high, back arched slightly and keep your elbows slightly bent. As you descend imagine in your mind all of your fibers beginning to stretch, once you feel that they have reached their point of capacity pause at the bottom momentarily and then explosively begin your concentric movement. Once you have reached the top of your flye movement think that there is something between your chest that you must break or pop by squeezing as hard as you can. Once finished with flyes move on to compound movements such as barbelll press and or dumbell presses, work the same principles and watch your chest reign the best pump that it has ever felt before!

This is the second cycle of 3 on 1 off carb contest cycle, I am now at 212.5. The great news is that about now I usually feel fatigued and lethargic, but I feel incredibly well and strong. Bodyfat is lowering indefenitely and muscle mass is retaining if not gaining. Things are going very well so far, keep everyone posted!
