Is two workouts in a day worth it?
I missed arms yesterday due to some unplanned events.. I leave this weekend on a trip and was supposed to finish this week today. Anybody think if I train arms (about an hour) and then right into shoulders and abs (about 45min) it would be overtraining and do more harm than good? Any suggestions. I live tomorrow at 5am out of state and won’t be back till monday

wassup man. I don’t know your routine, but I don’t think you need to train arms for an hour them to be effected. They could get smoked in 20 or 25 minutes. If you scale back the time and focus on intensity, you could get both of those workouts in.

I agree with TheOx. You can incorperate superset and compound sets and bang it out in half the amount of time. Intensity is the key!
