Detox??
Ok, so I was reading some articles on the Bodybuilding.com website and I came across one that suggested doing a detox to get rid of all of the unneccesary junk that sticks to your intestines. Usually they say this can alleviate an individual of 5-10 pounds, and though the idea is to strip your body down, I’ve got to say that that sort of number is attractive. I’m going to look into it more to ensure that its safe, and doable, so for now It’s just a lingering thought. What do you think?
