I had a really strong back workout tonight. I don’t really know why, because I am not feeling so swooft. My throat is killing me, and I haven’t slept much because of it. I didn’t do cardio tonight, but I did get in the sauna for a while.

I had a great back workout tonight. I limited the time between sets to 1 minute, and I finished fast. I got a great pump and used heavier weight for reps. Go figure.
I also did 33 minutes on the elliptical (burning 500 calories).

I had a fairly good workout tonight. I did 6 sets of dumbell presses, 4 sets of barbell incline presses, 4 sets of machine pec flyes, 4 sets of nautilus decline presses, and 3 sets of machine pullovers.
I did 40 minutes on the elliptical burning 600 calories.

I had one of the best bicep workouts that I have ever had. I stayed light, but did more reps. It works. I also went light on my triceps, but I didn’t feel quite the same about that. I think my tri’s need heavy weight to respond.
I did 120 crunches, 37 minutes on the elliptical with my heart rate at a steady 120 (that is supposed to be my optimal rate for fat burning), and 10 minutes in the sauna.

I had a good shoulder workout. I did 5 sets of shoulder presses with dumbells, then I did 5 (light) sets on the shoulder press machine. I also did some light sets of toning shoulder exercises.
I did 30 miuntes on the elliptical tonight, and 5 minutes in the hot sauna.

I did have a good workout tonight, even though I had done legs Sunday. I started with dumbell presses tonight, then incline barbell presses, machine flyes, and pullovers.
I also did 40 minutes on the elliptical (burning 600+ calories).

I started my new workout routine today. I am beginning with legs since they are the most grueling workout for me. I did have a good workout, but I hope I still have a good chest workout tomorrow. I did 100 crunches and got in the sauna for 10 minutes.

I did 4 exercises for my back, and I did 2 for my bi’s.
No cardio tonight.

I had a great workout for my shoulders, but I have always had good shoulders. I am 5×5……five foot tall (5′7") and five feet wide.

I have lost about 40 lbs., and my problem is that I am losing motivation to get thinner. Everyone is telling me that I look good, but I know I can get much thinner.
