I have started my weight loss program this morning, and I am determined to make it work.  My wife has been laid off and my oldest daughter has gotten into some trouble, but I have to make myself get healthier.  I usually crumble under the stress of life, but NOT THIS TIME. 

I was headed to the gym last night, so I took my Nitric Oxide and waited thirty minutes to drink my protein.  While I was waiting, I started getting very warm in spots on my body, and my nose starting burning.  I had broke out in hives.  It was really weird, because I have been taking that stuff for a while.  I rushed to the store to get some Benadryl and that seemed to make it better.  I have never had hives before, and I don’t know what happened.  I am better today though, just hesitant to take the stuff again.
