Dexter is by far the best bodybuilder around, so I am glad they finally gave him his due.  Jay did not look so hot, and I thought that Dennis should have beat Phil.  Oh well….what do I know.

I am glad the gym is closed today, because I am still recovering from the yard work I did yesterday.  I had to get limbs cut and the yard mown before the bad weather hits from Hurricane Gustav.

I will get back in the gym tomorrow.  Good day!!!
