I weighed this morning, and I had gained one pound. It wouldn’t be so bad, but I worked my ass off in the gym. Maybe it is muscle instead of fat. Maybe???
I had a good arm workout today. I took my Hydroxycut before the workout, and it helped a lot with my endurance. I tackled tri’s first, then I hit my bi’s. I am feeling good, so I hope I have results for my weigh-in tomorrow.
I bought my first suit last weekend, and I just tried it on. I am very critical of myself, but I must say….I look good. LOL. It is a dark blue suit that I am wearing a light blue shirt (white collar), and a very sharp pink paisley tie. I feel good about the way I look, for the first time.
I have lost about 40 lbs., and my problem is that I am losing motivation to get thinner. Everyone is telling me that I look good, but I know I can get much thinner.
