Chest day

I had a good chest workout tonight.  With help from a friend, I realized that I was locking out on my incline presses.  This was causing me to put pressure on my shoulders, and not keeping tension on my chest.  I stayed lighter to have good form.

New found determination

I am determined to get back to the 230 pound weight, so I started my new plan today.  I am trying BSN Atro-Phex for a change, but I will keep my weight training relatively the same.

GO….ME….GO….ME!!!

I woke up early and did cardio this morning before work, and it is going to take time to get used to.  I was really cramping this morning, but I hope it was because I haven’t done much cardio lately.  Time will tell.

After work I did chest, and got in the sauna for a hot five minutes.

Tomorrow is back and bi’s.

Chill day!!

My latest workouts have been productive, but I always like to change my routine.  I am starting a new schedule tomorrow, with my cardio in the morning.  I have also stopped taking the Lipo6x for a week, and I will start taking the Atro-Phex then.  The Lipo6x has been great, but I like giving other things a try.

Cooler Sunday

It is a lot cooler here in Louisiana today.  I had a good chest workout.  I went a little lighter, but had good intensity.  It is hard not to go full out every workout, but my 37 year old bones want me to go lighter.

I also did 30 minutes on the elliptical.  Dat’s it!!!!

TARZAN HOT

It was very hot today, and I felt it in my workout.  I was spent after my second chest exercise, but I still did two more exercises.

I also did 30 minutes of cardio.  Yeh!!!!

Racquetball elbow

I had a good chest workout today, and then it went downhill from there.  My bud was at the gym, and we played 5 games of racquetball.  My right arm is killing me, especially my elbow.  I will never do that again, because it is hurting my workouts.

Feelin’ betta

I was extremely exhausted yesterday, so I took a well needed break.  On Monday, I worked out my chest (relatively hard) for an hour, then one of my buds came in and wanted to play raquetball.  We played for an hour and a half.  I was SPENT.

I did back tonight, some abs, 20 minutes on the elliptical, and 10 minutes in the sauna.  ENOUGH!!

Let’s try again…

I have had a hard time getting back into the correct eating habits, but I think I am in the right place now.  I have been working out, but I cannot get myself to eat clean. 

P.S. I miss the Control Panel, and the Bodypoints.  I did like getting a birthday message on my birthday though.

I’m back!!!

I have been sick, my kids have been sick, my wife IS sick, but I am back.  I missed the support of BB.com.  I have gained some weight back, but I can get back on the horse.  I haven’t worked out in a while, but I will try to get back tonight.
