I just got back from a great vacation where I went back to Tennessee to see my family and friends. I had a lot of fun. I miss them all but was glad to get back home to my husband.
Well it has been quite a while since I have posted on here. I am still working out and have goals but those goals have changed a bit.
I am still going to be lifting heavy for the next three months but after that I will be changing my style drastically since we have decided to start trying for a baby in July. We are both really looking forward to bringing a new baby into the house. Our son, who is about to be 8, is all about being a big brother.
I am looking into different styles of workouts for pregnancy. I think I will basically increase cardio and go light on my weights but I will not give up free weights. LOL!
