I am going to win a transformation of the week!!
January 4, 2007I have been keeping in shape (to some degree) for a while. Now i am trying to get in the gym and step things up. I have always wanted a great physique and I know that I can acheive it. I have been consistent with pushups/situps/run. Now I am serious about eating right, working hard, working smart, and tranforming into the man I have always wanted to be. I am n Iraq and I was supposed to fly last night, but my flight was delayed several times and finally cancelled. I got no sleep last night. Today is legs day but I am too exhausted to do anything. Sleep is a huge part of bodubuilding and the amount of sleep I get seems to be out of my control. This is my second off day in a row. My diet is good and I am losing inches from my waist.
