So as many of you know I am a teacher. Well today I had a training after school, during my usual workout time. Well I had planned on working out the last period of the day which is my planning period. That didn’t happen thanks to all the damn paper work that I have to do. So I didn’t get to work out today and it really pissed me off. I guess that is a good thing that I am that motivated and want to workout. Anyway, guess I’ll just try and make it up one day this week.

Cellucor is amazing. Just wanted to let everyone know. My strength gains are awesome for me. I got personal bests on 4 out of 6 lifts today. This is my second week with Cellucor and I can really feel a difference when I step in the weight room. DO WORK CREW.

In my opinion I did work today on deadlifts. My first set weight was off my last work which was 2 weeks ago. 250. I did that and it was supper easy. So went up to 275 on the second. Easy again. So decided to go up 20lbs. to 295. Crushed it too. Did three sets of 5 and had enough to get 7 on the last set. THANK YOU CELLUCOR. DO WORK SON.

I am a teacher for those that do not know and spring break sucks. I know that I am supposed to be happy that I don’t have to go to work and deal with my students and all that stuff. Don’t get me wrong, I love not seeing my students, but as far as not going to work sucks. You see, that is where I work out. I use the high school wieght room. IT’S FREE! Anyway, I have been to work out all week and my diet has sucked @ss. Well, enough of my complaining. I will have my Cellucor in hopefully tomorrow or Sat and next week it is on like Donkey Kong. Do Work Crew, Get it Done!!

Since everyone else is writing about disappiontments today, I figured why not me. I worked out yesterday dispite having the head cold from hell. BAD CALL! It just made me feel worse to see the amount of weight I was pushing (or lack there of). I felt ok when I went in, but then I started lifting. The numbers that I was putting up frustrated me. So I guess working out when you are sick is not the best solution.

I am just now getting into a good routine and working out hard. I am seeing great strength gains and weight gains. However, I am about to have my first child and I don’t know how that is going to affect my working out. Any father out there that can give me advice would be greatly appreciated. I know that I am going to want to spend every minute with my new son but I don’t want to fall off. Please help.

Well as you can see, most of my stats are going in the wrong direction. I haven’t worked out in probably 3 months. It is hard fo me because I am a teacher and football coach. I work out hard from Janurary to around July then football starts up really heavy and I dont really have the time. Then August comes around and school starts along with football and that really leaves no time. I’m trying to get back into it and stay into it. I am about to have a baby boy as well. I’m thinking that might take me out of working out. I’m not sure. So if anyone reading this has any advise that would be greatly accepted.
