wind just let out of my sails

Well i have been working hard and gaining strength losing fat and looking better as well as feeling better.  This last week i have done something to my lower back i have had to rewrite my workouts justy so i can do some lifts without hurting myself i am going to rehab for my lower back not sure what it is maybe a pinched nerve but it hurts really bad at times makes me cringe and at the pain i am feeling.  I hope i can get this resolved and get back to working out hard again, could use and words of advice if anyone else has gone through the same thing before i guess this just has me bummed out i really want to lift as hard and heavy as i can.  Anyway til next post SGT D out!!!

very busy schedule

i have not had the time to update my site sorry for anyone reading this i have been busy it is extremely warm here in Iraq and my schedule has been hectic to say the least but i am making surei get to the gym regularly and get my workouts in hopefully the course of these next two months will show me what kind of progress ihave at my finger tips.  everybody out there keep working hard lift like it is the last day you get to lift and always dream big and work hard!

working on achieving my physical and mental well-being

i took pics and posted them today i was very emabrrased by my first before pic but i felt very good looking at the after and that was 3weeks of hard work and good nutritiion.  If anyone has any good advice i am all ears i can take constructive criticism and run with it.
