wind just let out of my sails
Well i have been working hard and gaining strength losing fat and looking better as well as feeling better. This last week i have done something to my lower back i have had to rewrite my workouts justy so i can do some lifts without hurting myself i am going to rehab for my lower back not sure what it is maybe a pinched nerve but it hurts really bad at times makes me cringe and at the pain i am feeling. I hope i can get this resolved and get back to working out hard again, could use and words of advice if anyone else has gone through the same thing before i guess this just has me bummed out i really want to lift as hard and heavy as i can.
