This week is already going better. I did the following yesterday.
Was in the gym by 5:30 am, worked out legs, went heavy on leg press and supersetting with leg extensions to feel the burn!
I went back in the evening to do 35 minues on the eliptical, came home and finally ate a decent clean meal!
One day down!

I recently joined a new gym…All American Fitness. All the equipment is brand new, every cardio machine has it’s own TV set…it’s great, it makes cardio go much quicker!
