Well I finally am in Pittsburgh! We got off school for a month so I can’t wait to spend some good time with friends and finally be able to eat well! Happy Holidays!
No blogs for awhile, I had alot on my plate the past weeks but I’m getting excited for the holiday season. I’ve been trying to eat just about everything in sight that’s somewhat clean and I’ve noticed my strength increasing with it. I recently started taking Controlled Labs Green Magnitude and SciVation Xtend, and I reallly realllly like both these products. I get good pumps and recovery.
Well, I pretty much was screwed with schoolwork all last weekend and up until now. I’m ready to go home and spend some time with the family and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner!
I’ve been eating so well and I just took new pics but it looks like I got smaller! One possibility is that the last pics were taken after a workout and these ones before….
Well, I’m just about to head off to class- I only have two today so I’m done at 12. I’ll grab a little something to eat, take my m-pak for the day, and hit the gym by 115 for squats.. I used to never do them but then I saw gains coming more, I started to break out of my plateau. Anyways, time to go but get your ass out there and do some squats!!
I just went to GNC today -I know their prices are rediculous but I have a gold card Anyway.. I picked up Optimum Nutrition’s 5.15 Whey in Extreme Milk Chocolate and a 4 pack of RTD MuscleMilk in Chocolate Chip Mint for 42.79! I never have had the musclemilk before but it’s 22g of protein per serving so it can’t be all that bad, i’ll post about it in a few days when I try it out….
Well, once I again I woke up late today…had to run up to the cafe and inhale 3 egg whites, wheat bread, and some milk. I took last week off from chest so I can’t wait to hit the bench today after class- speaking of which- I’m late!
I started taking Universal Nutrition’s M-Stak a week or so ago and I’m just not sure about it. Yeah it seems to put me in the zone for lifting(probably b/c of the caffeine) but it really seems to mess with my head later- I keep getting “head rushes” after lifting, lasting for hours.. I’m not sure if its just me?
