somehow i manage to hurt myself all the time….. doctor says i got a semi-hernia the muscle walls are weakened.  ive been getting crazy shooting pain sometimes…he said to take it easy stick with some upper body stuff which dissapoints me..i dont want chicken legs!

Up, up, up

Today, I was up at 6am for work training which lasted from 730-3.  It wasn’t too bad b/c I had packed a nice lunch/snacks for myself.  I had two bananas, two pieces of wheat bread, two rice cakes, a small salad with carrots and a bit of honey mustard dressing, and brown rice with a decent sized chicken breast on it.  Wound up with a bumping headache somehow, probably from my sinuses(gotta call the doctor next week).  Went to the gym anyway and had a sick chest/bicep workout.  Popped onto the scale at the beginning and was a whopping 163 pounds, the most I have ever weighed.  I think I have nutrition to thank for the progress, I have been eating pretty solid the past 3 months or so.

Back to work for the man

Well, I got off school for the summer on Tuesday and tomorrow I start training for the Post Office.  I worked there last summer and I really enjoyed myself.  I worked 630-3 and we always got breaks every 2 hours so it was great to be able to eat often.  However, last summer I didn’t quite have the nutritional knowledge I have today and I think I’ll really be able to make some huge gains by eating correctly.  Only bad thing is my shift got moved to 4pm-1230am so it will be sort of a challenge to me to get used to the new time.  Hope everyone is staying healthy and getting jacked! :)

Crap….

For some reason I have been plagued with sickness.  My sinuses are on the fritz again and I’m having trouble eating my normal quantities of food.  I just went swimming tonight and I’ll tell you it was amazing.  I’ve been going now for about a month and a half and it really gives you a good workout and a great pump…not to mention clear out sinuses.  Anyways, the nurse up at school here recommended I get a CT scan of them to determine a major problem.  It’ll have to wait about three weeks until I get my butt home for the summer.

Spring Break ‘08

Well today I turn 20 years old….crazy now that I think I’m not a teenager anymore.  Anyway, like the title says, I’m on Spring Break…no I’m not in Mexico or Florida but good ol’ Pittsburgh! haha The weather here is terrible with freezing rain/snow/ice…  I’m glad to be home so I can get back to eating every two hours and stepping up the cardio.  Well got to get going…filet mignon for dinner. :)

155 Finally!

Finally, I weighed in today at 155 lbs.  I’ve weighed 155 before but I got there through eating garbage.  This time around I tried to eat as much clean food as possible and have even been doing cardio 3-4 times a week.  I should have pictures up soon. :)

Wow it’s been awhile since I’ve posted but it’s been hectic at school.  I’m really pleased with my progress- I’ve been making awesome gains.  I think I have my diet to attribute to it- I’ve been eating as clean as possible for college life and have been going to breakfast, lunch, dinner everyday.  Also, I’ve really been timing my supplements well and I think that has had a big effect on my gains.  At the beginning of the semester I was around 145-147 and now I’m hovering about 151-153.
