Up, up, up
Today, I was up at 6am for work training which lasted from 730-3. It wasn’t too bad b/c I had packed a nice lunch/snacks for myself. I had two bananas, two pieces of wheat bread, two rice cakes, a small salad with carrots and a bit of honey mustard dressing, and brown rice with a decent sized chicken breast on it. Wound up with a bumping headache somehow, probably from my sinuses(gotta call the doctor next week). Went to the gym anyway and had a sick chest/bicep workout. Popped onto the scale at the beginning and was a whopping 163 pounds, the most I have ever weighed. I think I have nutrition to thank for the progress, I have been eating pretty solid the past 3 months or so.
