Okay I have a new trainer now who is AWESOME! He’s letting me go slow getting in great shape. Let my body rebound a little and then get lean. I’m so excited to have someone that explains why I’m doing something. Look for me this spring!

So I was training to do Red River which is really close to my house. I loved that show last year. I thought it would be a good way to just end my year. Enter crazy you gotta win, be great, get lean etc. trainer. Pushing and pushing. I have been dieting since April, just wanted to get on stage. There is no teen division in this show so I didn’t really think winning was what I was going for. End of a long story, no show, no trainer, don’t know which way to go. I’m totally frustrated. Because I’m young I’m not gonna dedicate my whole life to competing yet. I just love lifting weights and getting on stage with whatever I look like!

If I can get myself together I’m going to do the Red River in late October. I’m trying to get a little leaner and get more confidence on stage.

Just finished my third show. Well second that I actually got on the stage. I got sick at my second show. We went to Texas to the Europa. It was a great experience but the judges didn’t like me too much. I thought I was holding water, but I thought I did really good on my routine. Not so I guess. I’m back to the drawing board to see what changes I can make for next year. Any thoughts would be helpful.
