Well I just finished our wrestling camp in California, and I’m glad to say everything went pretty well. I had 2 matches go into overtime where I won them, and my ending record was 16-4. In In the individual tournament I ended up taking 3rd place because in my semifinal match I got buried by 8 points in the first round for being too anxious. I spent the next 2 rounds trying to make up for it and ended up with a 9-11 score.

Well me and my teammates are leaving on wednesday for our wrestling camp in Redlands, California. It’s been awhile since I’ve had a wrestling match, but I’m definitely stronger than I was during the season. I like to think my overall level of conditioning should be pretty high for the camp. I hope to bring back some videos to post here in Bodyspace if I can figure out how it works.

Well Recently I ran out of NO-Xplode. I was a little bit aprehensive about taking a supplement with Caffeine, since I’ve heard that it can actually constrict vascularity ( isn’t that the opposite of what NO-Xplode is supposed to do ?) I decided that I would try a couple of workouts without it. I have to say I noticed that unless I made an effort to get revved up to start lifting, I struggled to finish some of my sets. Well, I had some pent-up aggression that needed to be vented so it worked out perfectly. Now my muscles are aching with contentment, it ended up being a GREAT workout followed by a great pump so we’ll see if I’ll end up getting NO-Xplode again.

So I have put myself on a deadline to weigh a good 175 pounds by the end of September. With my bulk I have been eating 5 small meals a day, one in the morning, one after my morning workout, a lunch, one at 3 pm, and one a 6 pm. I also have a protein shake I make with about 58 grams of protein. I also drink from 3/4 to an entire gallon of whole milk a day, which I have heard can work wonders.

Well I’m just starting Bodyspace, but so far it seems like I’ll be able to get help on alot of stuff. I first got in to lifting so i could bulk up and get stronger for wrestling, but now it’s almost become my favorite sport. I have a massive cut coming in November, so I’ll need help on that.
