Slogging along
My weight is all over the place, and I have been putting a bit on which is not what I want to do. I’m somewhat concerned about my weight, because I still have too much body fat, but as long as I keep losing girth I can live with it. My goal is to get below 200 and then go for 180. I’d be happy with 15 percent body fat.
On the other hand, my body fat is now at approximately 22.6 percent a point and a half from a month ago(24.1), and I’ve lost about a half inch off my waist. I’m at 40.5 now. And my love handles are one heck of a lot smaller than they used to be.
I’m doing 50 minutes of cardio at 5.0 mph average and lifting as heavy as I can stand. It’s a little scary doing a bench press though, so when I really want to gorge myself I use the Hammer Strength machines. My gym has three Hammer chest machines and I overload on all three. I look like a fire plug when I’m done: red and pumped!
In fact, I do chest and triceps tonight. I’ll do a short, 20 minute, HIIT cardio workout
