This is a first, How are ya’ll doing? Well I’m on here for advice, etc. I’m looking to reform my body just like millions of people. As you may already are looking at my profile. I’m looking to gain muscle by next summer to be somewhat like at the 1st/middle stage of my test to conduct. Alot of the problem is always going less weights more reps which in my eyes really is not accomplishing anything. Which now I change to more weights less reps. I’m feeling the burn while working,sometimes to a point I have to drop the weights feeling that "tightness" on the area i’m working feels good though. Am I on the right track??
