Starting over sucks…
Friday, September 5th, 2008I am finding out very quickly how much it sucks to get back into the gym routinely after slacking off for about a month or so. I started doing 2 a days every other day (AM cardio and PM lifting) and on the non 2 a day days PM lifting. My body hasn’t felt this sore in awhile, but psychologically I am totally amped up to be back into it. Did shoulders and tri’s today and I plan on doing some more cardio and maybe legs or bi’s tomorrow. In any event, it is a good pain so I am glad to be back on the horse here.
