Well today was chest day, and my trianing partner finally showed up, finally…
Anyway, here is a quick rundown on the routine:
Incline DB presses: 12×50’s, 12×50’s, 12×50’s, 12×55’s, 12×60’s
Decline BB presses: 12×135, 10×145, 8×155, 6×175
DB Flyes: 12×30, 12×35, 12×40
Lying DB extensiions: 12×55, 12×65, 8×75, 6×80
Overall my chest felt pretty good after the workout. I think I’ll have some pretty good soreness by tomorrow. As I have always said, chest is my weakest muscle group so these totals probabyl look pretty pathetic, but I am hoping to gain enough stregnth to push past this point. If anyone sees something I am doing or not doing comments are certainley welcomed.

Don’t worry about what anyone else thinks about what weights you’re using! Your workout is about you and your body, not anyone else’s. You workout out hard for you and that’s all that matters. Keep up the great work!
