Today’s workout
Monday, April 30th, 20073 sets of leg extensions (warm up)
Squats (3×12) I went lighter today to focus on form since I am catching myself breaking form on this exercise.
Seated claf raises (3×12)
Leg curls (3×12)
Calf presses (3×12) on the leg press machine stayed at 900lbs today, wasn’t feeling strong enough to break that today.
Loaded squat plate press (3×12)
Finished where I started with leg extensions (3×12)
My legs were toast after my last set of extensions.
