Thursday, February 15th, 2007Well this is my first post to my BodySpace. I had my bodyfat measured today at the gym by one of the personal trainers and it was alot higher than I personally would have liked. I came in at 17%, she said that for a male at my age anything between 10-20% is good. I am constantly trying to push myself though to get into better shape so hearing this is my new motivation to take my workouts up a notch.
Hopefully in the next few weeks I will see some noticaeble results towards lowering my bf%. I am at the gym 5 times a week and eat cleaner than most people I know…chicken, tuna, cottage cheese and turkey are the staple marks of my diet. Any given meal has at least one fo these items represented. We’ll have to see what time brings here. Posting some pictures soon to track progress as of today going forward.
