So I had some health issues that slowed down my goal just a bit. . .but I am getting closer every day to where I want to be. I am down from 130 lbs to 119! I am very happy with that progress. . I have been eating better, working out more and just generally becoming more healthy. And it feels great. I will hopefully have some progress pictures to upload soon! ! ! Now if only I could shed these last 7 stubborn pounds I would be right at my goal weight loss and start with the next part of my goal.

My amazing boyfriend has been my workout partner and recently dubbed himself my trainer since I have moved to North Dakota. I have been here about 4 months now and just recently feel like I am on the right track with my training. He is an aspiring body builder and is completely supportive of all of my goals and aspirations. I am really nervous about his upcoming deployment. He will leave between 9/30-10/1 and be gone for 5 months. It is hard to deal with because he is my better half, my inspiration and one a big source of motivation for me. Of course I don’t want him to leave. . but I have to deal with it.
When he comes back I want him to see a huge change in my strength and endurance as well as my figure. Due to that factor I don’t really see myself losing my motivation. . .I just have to really concentrate on my meal plan and my training schedule. When you are the only one you have to cook for it is easy to want to eat junk because its quick and easy. That however will not get me in the shape I need to be in.
I also have to keep my stress level down. . .I am stressed about him being gone and having to spend my first winter in ND alone. . I am worried about his safety and all the normal things that go along with deployment. Blah . . .just needed to vent.
