					<description>If you only do cardio you will lose fat but slow because when you stop the cardio session you stop burning, but by incorporating the weights you are burning even hours after completing your session.  The days you do cardio only, do it on an empty stomach.  I take a jet fuel 30 min before and zip on scivation extend during the cardio because it has aminos and prevent the body to eat your muscle already earned.</description>

					<description>Dont forget to do your weights before your cardio and you can eat a whole grapefruit before hitting the iron, by the time you do the cardio it will be gone.  Jet fuel 30 min before the cardio session is great.  You could also use the topical lotions from bodybuilding.com to shred fat faster.  Ab solution and Lipoderm.  Rub them in the areas you want to shred the most bodyfat.  Hope this helps.</description>
