I am trying some different local gyms and am having fun meeting new people but really just looking for that great atmosphere. You know that good vibe you get at certain gyms where you feel comfortable and not so many "PROS" but it’s all good I am  kinda picky! 

This weekend is going to be hard but if I can survive my birthday I can survive labor day! This is a big eating holiday for my family the last big cookout of the year! I think I am going to act sick so I can stay away from the food! I have got to get through this I will take my bike and go for a ride! I hope everyone has a good safe holiday!

I am so excited now starting to see some change and am having no trouble turning down those greasy, fattening fast foods that everyone at work is eating!They think I am going to break but I love proving them wrong! 

Well I just celebrated another birthday by busting my ass in the gym instead of eating birthday cake! I left the cake eating to my 3 kids and I went to the gym and did 45 minutes of cardio. I lifted some weights and just had an overall great day! Thank you Jesus!

I finally started with some weights after two weeks of nothing but cardio and I am hurting but it feels great! I have lost my first 5 pounds and I am very excited! I hope to post some pics soon!
