I am over my sickness and I feel so much better and I even lost another pound! Great day to be alive! Thank god!

It always feels great to get back into the lifting routine after being gone. Hit it again and keep at it. You can do it!

Take glutamine daily as well as omega 3 (GNC-triple strenght). awesome for not getting sick. It increases your immune system
